Our products are 100% madular built, to change a modular is as easy as plug and play. We supply one year warranty against any natural faults. LED lighting fixures are designed to perform flawlessly within the expected lifetime. However, defective LED modules or other parts may occur. Within the warranty period we will send replacement for defective parts quickly and free of charge. What you need is only a screwdriver! But please coorperate with us with the maintenance, we may need you to send us clear photos of the defective parts so as to help us to check out the problem.
If you want to send back the light to our factory for repair, please state your name, address, email, product serial number, an explanation of the problem and proof of purchase (copy of invoice/receipt). You must take charge of all packaging, shipping and insurance costs for sending back the goods. If possible, please send the items in original packaging. Repairs generally take one or two business days. We’ll pay for the shipping cost to send back the goods to your hand.
After the warranty period, if any parts of your lights got broken, you can buy the parts from us for replacement. You will be charged for the parts. Please rest assure that we won’t overcharge you, the prices of all the parts you may need is clearly listed on our shop page.
3.After Sales Support
1.If you have any problem with the operation on our products, please feel free to contact our staffs. We’ll help you to figure it out.
2.Should you accidentally damage your light you will not be covered under our warranty. However, we do offer a repair service so you can return the light to us, we will inspect the damage and provide you with a quote for the repair.
1.Required Delivery Information
The delivery information includes full name, correct Street Address, email address, post code and phone number. If the either address or phone number isn’t correct, you won’t receive the items, you will be responsible for the lost.
2.Shipping options and charges
Shipping your purchases on time is very important to us. To make sure you receive your purchases as soon as possible, the items mostly will be shipped by DHL or EMS.(?) We’re glad to offer international shipping to most places in the world.

Process time of your order
All items are dispatched within 1-2 business day of placing your order, subject to payment verification. Upon shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with the carrier and order tracking information.
Note: All orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays, such as holidays or incorrect addresses. And we recommend that someone be available to accept the package. If you are not able to sign for delivery at home we suggest having parcels sent to your workplace.
3.Track your order
When the order has been dispatched, we’ll email you the tracking code and express website in 48-72 hours which you can check the items online. You can also track your order on the My Account page.

4.Get your order
The shipping time varies based on where you are located and whether the product you order is in stock. Normally, you will get the items in 10 business days after you finish placing the order. Please pay attention with your account at anytime. If you don’t receive your order in 15 days, contact Local Post Office A.S.A.P. immediately. You can also contact our customer service team; we will make every effort to serve with you.
5.Sign for the delivery
A signature is required for your delivery. But if you are not available the couriers may try one of your family members. If you and your family members are unavailable, they will take the parcel back and send the order next day.
6.Refuse a shipment
If you refuse to sign the order for some reason or if the package was automatically returned after several times unsuccessfully delivery (due to you are not available or you provided a wrong or incomplete delivery address to us), your order will be cancelled and refund will be made to the credit card used for your order. And 50% of the merchandise price will be charged by you and shipping charges will also not be refunded.
Unfortunately! Non-returnable items in a refused order will not be accepted upon return to us. These orders will be sent back to you unopened.
7.Taxes & Customs Duties
We currently ship to over 200 countries across the globe and most countries allow free trade over the internet and will not charge any customs duty whatsoever for small packages entering the country.
All items in our online store are sold on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis, which means that, all relevant duties and taxes may be imposed by some countries. Customers are liable for any applicable custom duties or taxes that may be imposed on a delivery in the destination country.
Pack merchandise securely. Please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address; ship-to name, address; order number; reasons for return.
8.Cancel your order
If you wish to cancel the order to refund, please contact us immediately. Cancelled orders that haven’t been shipped will be refunded with a deduction of a 10% of the order(s) total price as cancellation fee, which is charged to cover administrative costs and transaction fees involved in the cancellation of order(s).
a) We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
b) If you wish to return or exchange the item(s) you’ve ordered form us, you must deliver it/them by your local post office. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit. Once your return has been received and processed, you will be notified by email.
c) We don’t accept the returning of Sale and Onlne Clearance item(s). If you dissatisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the items in a different size or color (only applies to the same style you purchased).
